OLAX is a great place to work at as my colleagues are collaborative and supportive so that our company can be more successful. I’ve had the opportunity to take on significant responsibility by leading challenging projects which has allowed me to grow and improve my skill set. The energy industry is full of exciting opportunities and OLAX has offered the possibility to grow and the opportunity to make a difference.
OLAX has grown from very humble beginnings to be at the stage where it is currently working with some very large multi billion dollar organisations. This success would not have been possible without my management team and staff who have always gone that extra mile to ensure that clients expectations are met and where possible exceeded. Also we have some great support from our partners who have pushed boundaries to ensure there is continuous innovation at OLAX.
I have just recently joined OLAX and all I can say is that the experience has been very positive. OLAX has a great culture of working together to solve problems and where all the staff are like one team striving to live the company's mission and vision. In addition I have found OLAX to be always looking ahead by focusing on the latest technology to support staff working.
